The Company shall grant the Doctor access to its My Doctors App, a Clinic Management System (CMS), enabling them to:

The Company shall provide ongoing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Platform, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining system efficiency.
The Doctor agrees to pay the Company a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual subscription fee of ₹1,999 , which provides access to the ITTRP’s CMS Platform and all its features, including appointment scheduling, patient record management, online consultations, digital payments, and more.

Note: If the Doctor have already registered domain, ITTRP will use the same domain name for deployment of MyDoctorsAPP CMS. In not, ITTRP will help to register the domain name for your website at ITTRP’s end and the charges will be paid by doctor, at actuals.

Payments shall be made on a __________ basis.
The subscription payment shall be due on the 5th of each billing cycle (e.g., the 5th of every month for monthly subscriptions).
In case of delayed payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Doctor’s access to the Platform until all outstanding dues are cleared.
The Doctor shall ensure that all information provided on the Platform, including availability, consultation fees, and practice details, is accurate and up to date.
The Doctor is solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with applicable medical laws, ethical guidelines, and professional standards while providing healthcare services through the Platform.
The Doctor shall not use the Platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
The Company shall ensure the security, integrity, and seamless functionality of the Platform, including regular updates and technical support.
The Company shall not interfere in the Doctor’s medical decisions, treatment plans, or professional practice, ensuring complete autonomy in patient care.
The Company shall handle patient data with strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, preventing unauthorized access, misuse, or breaches.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of patient information and any proprietary business data shared during the course of engagement.
The Company shall process and store patient data in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or relevant local regulations) to ensure patient privacy and data security.
The Doctor shall not disclose, share, or misuse any confidential information related to the Company, its technology, or its business operations.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party, provided that a 30-day written notice is given before termination.
